Position Overview: We’re seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Party Barge Boat Captain to provide exceptional service to our customers during the summer season. The ideal candidate will ensure safety, maintain professionalism, and contribute to a fun atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and navigate party barges safely and efficiently on Lake Lewisville.
• Conduct safety briefings for passengers before departure.
• Assist with boarding and disembarking passengers at Stewart Peninsula.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the boat before, during, and after charters.
• Provide excellent customer service, creating a fun and enjoyable experience for all guests.
• Monitor weather conditions and adjust trips accordingly for safety.
• Adhere to all local, state, and federal boating regulations.

Requirements

• Valid Captain’s License (or equivalent certification) preferred.
• Experience operating boats, specifically party barges, is required.
• Knowledge of Lake Lewisville and surrounding areas is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours during the summer season.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
