Special Servicing Administrator – Miami, FL

Overview:

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Special Servicing Administrator to join its Loan Asset Management division. The ideal candidate will support the servicing and administration of complex commercial loan portfolios, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely communication across multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the administrative onboarding and release of newly transferred and resolved loans.
• Maintain control of loan files, both physical and digital, ensuring all documentation is properly organized, archived, and accessible.
• Coordinate delivery of appraisals, environmental reports, inspections, and other key documents to appropriate internal and external parties.
• Review servicing agreements to confirm the correct distribution of notifications, documents, and reports.
• Track and resolve missing or incorrect loan documentation issues.
• Monitor fees, approvals, and consent requests from master servicers and related entities.
• Upload and verify loan documents within internal systems (such as SharePoint and electronic document libraries).
• Assist with ordering and logging property inspections, environmental reports, and departmental supplies.
• Support Asset Managers by tracking approvals and maintaining loan status updates.
• Collaborate closely with the Asset Management and Special Servicing teams to ensure smooth, compliant operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (high school diploma or equivalent required).
• Previous experience in loan servicing, asset management, or commercial real estate is highly desirable.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and document management systems.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
• Self-motivated with a professional, dependable work ethic and the ability to work independently or within a team environment.
