Job Description

Job Description and Duties

Under the direction of the Area Coordinator, the Custodian II will engage in keeping an office building, Field Maintenance Shops and other assigned areas clean and orderly; work independently and/or alongside other custodians and work crews; request, receive, inspect, store, and inventory supplies; receive complaints from building occupants and make or recommend necessary adjustments; keep records and prepare reports.
