Title: Clinical Research Coordinator

Location: Savannah, GA 31406

Schedule: 30 hours per week, Monday–Friday (on-site, normal business hours)

Duration: 10-month project

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Coordinator to support a 10-month clinical research project in Savannah, GA. This role is ideal for someone interested in gaining hands-on experience in clinical research while contributing to meaningful studies that impact patient care. Scope of Work / Responsibilities:

• Conduct medical chart reviews to identify eligible study participants
• Perform patient phone screenings to determine study eligibility and interest
• Coordinate scheduling and appointment reminders for study visits
• Maintain accurate and organized study documentation in compliance with regulatory and site standards
• Support investigators and clinical staff with daily research operations
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth study workflows and participant engagement

Qualifications:

• Previous healthcare, research, or clinical experience preferred
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and confidentiality
