As a Territory Sales Representative , you’ll be the friendly face of Barefoot Grass — out in local neighborhoods every day, meeting homeowners, understanding their needs, and offering customized lawn and pest control solutions.

This is a door-to-door, high-energy sales role for someone who loves being outdoors, connecting with people, and getting rewarded for their hustle. Every conversation is a chance to educate, earn trust, and grow your career.

• Engage with homeowners face-to-face in local neighborhoods to introduce Barefoot Grass services
• Understand each customer’s unique lawn and pest control needs and provide tailored recommendations
• Deliver confident, professional sales presentations that turn interest into sign-ups
• Log activity and track progress using our CRM to stay organized and goal-focused
• Build strong relationships for repeat business, referrals, and long-term satisfaction
• Collaborate closely with service teams to ensure customers receive top-quality results

• A positive, outgoing personality with strong people skills — you enjoy connecting with anyone
• Experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation (preferred, but not required — we’ll train the right attitude)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills
• A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with great time management and follow-through
• Comfort working outdoors — walking neighborhoods, meeting customers, and staying active
• Knowledge of lawn care or pest control is a plus (training provided)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
