The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Pay : Pay will be based on candidate experience and skill sets met along with the budget for the role. Education, years of experience, certifications etc. will be considered.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years of project management experience, including leading EPC or large-scale industrial construction projects.
  • PMP, PE, or equivalent certification preferred.

Technical Skills & Competencies:

  • Deep understanding of EPC project lifecycle, contract structures (EPC, EPCM, lump sum, cost-plus), and risk allocation.
  • Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary teams in high-pressure environments.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets.
  • Proficient in project management software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to travel to project sites as required.
