Title: Senior IT Project Manager – Clinical Healthcare Systems (EPIC Focus)

Duration: Full-Time, Permanent

Location: Scottsdale, AZ (100% onsite for 6 months, then hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 remote)

Summary:

Health IT team in a meaningful role serving a sovereign tribal community. We’re seeking a Senior IT Project Manager with strong healthcare systems experience, especially in EPIC (OCHIN EPIC preferred) environments. If you’ve successfully led EMR implementations, collaborated directly with clinicians, and thrive in complex, regulated environments, this role is for you.

Must-Have Skills:

• 10 + years managing IT projects in clinical healthcare
• Deep knowledge of EPIC systems (OCHIN EPIC ideal)
• Ability to translate clinical workflows into software requirements
• Strong stakeholder engagement & communication abilities
• Experience with MS Project, Visio, SharePoint

Preferred Skills:

1. PMP certification
2. Previous clinical experience (e.g., nurse or healthcare worker)
3. Familiarity with tribal health or public sector programs
4. Experience with grant-funded reporting
