We are seeking a senior SAP SD / OTC Analyst with deep EDI integration expertise across Sales Orders, Shipping, and Billing. This role will be customer-facing, working closely with business teams to design and deliver solutions that integrate SAP ECC with front-end platforms like Service Cloud for RMA/complaints management.
