About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP PEO Specialist to support a large-scale S/4HANA implementation project . The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, configuring, and deploying SAP PEO solutions to enable seamless integration between engineering, manufacturing, and operations within the S/4HANA environment.

Remote from the US/UK/EU - With infrequent international travel

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP PEO within an S/4HANA program.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing to align business requirements with system capabilities.
• Integrate PEO with core S/4HANA modules (PP, QM, EWM, MM, and PLM).
• Support digital thread initiatives , ensuring product design data flows effectively into production execution.
• Develop functional specifications, perform system testing, and support UAT.
• Provide expertise in PEO functionalities such as:
• Manufacturing Bill of Materials (MBOM)
• Manufacturing routings and work instructions
• Shop floor execution
• Engineering change management
• Integration with CAD/PLM tools
• Deliver knowledge transfer and end-user training to ensure long-term adoption.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as an SAP PEO consultant on at least one end-to-end S/4HANA implementation .
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, digital thread concepts, and PLM integration .
• Hands-on configuration experience in PEO and related S/4HANA modules .
• Understanding of aerospace, automotive, or high-tech manufacturing industries (preferred).
• Ability to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP MII, SAP ME, or SAP DMC .
• Knowledge of integration with Teamcenter, Windchill, or other PLM tools .
• Previous exposure to regulated industries (aerospace/defense, medical devices).
