Job Description

Compensation: $130,000 - $140,000

Location: Hybrid in Kansas City

Position: SAP Business Analyst

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled SAP Business Analyst to join their team!

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established team focused on Order to Cash processes, including everything from sales order management to billing and invoicing. With a focus on SAP S/4HANA and modern tools like Fiori, this is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to step into a critical, hands-on role and become a long-term key resource on the team.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business users to support and improve SAP Order to Cash processes

• Participate in system configuration, integration testing, and user training

• Provide production support and troubleshoot issues within SAP systems

• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants on various SAP initiatives

• Learn and understand company-specific DFA processes to support long-term success

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong experience as a Business Systems Analyst or SAP Business Analyst

• Hands-on experience with SAP Order to Cash processes

• Previous involvement in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Familiarity with Fiori or other modern SAP tools

• Experience with custom SAP functionality, especially around pricing and invoicing

• Knowledge of SAP governance or project management standards
