Job Description

MSA Home Health , a division of Medical Services of America, Inc., currently seeks an experienced Full-Time Clinical Manager (RN) for our Home Health patients in Irmo (Richland) SC.

Responsibilities include:

• Receives and approves requests for services, re-certifications, add-on orders, changes and/or discharges.
• Overseas the scheduling of all patient services.
• Audits physician's modified orders for accuracy, legibility and content prior to forwarding to physician's office for signature.
• Reviews and signs all lab reports. Notifies physician of any clinical facts as the relate to the patient's condition
• Conducts in-home supervisory visits.
• Initiates diagnostic, preventive and rehabilitative nursing procedures as appropriate to the client's care and safety.
• Observes, records and reports the client's reaction to treatment and any change in the client's condition.
• Teaches, supervises and counsels the client and family regarding home nursing procedures and other care needs as appropriate to the clients condition.

Job Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of SC from an accredited school of nursing required
• Must have proper knowledge of Home Health regulations and Reimbursement
• Minimum of one-year Home Health experience required
• Minimum of two years nursing experience
• Oasis experience required.
