Full-Cycle Recruiter
Location: Onsite – Rancho Cucamonga
Pay Range: $30–$35/hour
About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Full-Cycle Recruiter to manage high-volume hiring in a fast-paced environment. This role requires someone who can hit the ground running with minimal training , partner closely with hiring managers, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own the process from sourcing to offer acceptance
✅ High-Volume Hiring: Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
✅ Resume Review & Prescreening: Quickly identify top talent
✅ Interview Coordination: Schedule and confirm interviews with precision
✅ ATS Management: Maintain accurate candidate data and ensure compliance
✅ Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and HR team
Required Skills & Experience
✔ Minimum 5 years’ experience in high-volume recruiting (agency + corporate mix preferred)
✔ Strong ATS expertise and applicant tracking discipline
✔ Excellent communication and organizational skills
✔ Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and adapt quickly
