Insight Global is looking for a RF Engineer to join one of their largest telecommunications clients, supporting their projects - option to choose either in Medway, MA or Wallingford, CT. Hybrid - 2 times per week onsite (Tuesdays & Wednesdays). Mondays, Thursdays, & Fridays remote!
Day to day:
Finalize RFDS Milestone
• RFE/EME Tasks, including VZW RAVE, Roofmaster or third party requests.
• Create and upload Contours from Atoll, updating RFDS as necessary
• Complete carrier agreements with adjacent markets and competitors
CIQ/CQ/Conquest Submission
• Complete updates in Atoll including Power, RSI, PCI updates where necessary to issue CQ
• Create CQ in tool and verify all fields are completed as directed
• Complete RF CQ tasks.
Atoll final Updates/911 Submission
• Complete outstanding regulatory items and documents as needed.
• Assign Cell ID and PCIs for the macro/small cells, and enter into Atoll and CQ.
• Submit E911 – check the accuracy of Atoll prior to submitting.
Activation & Project Close-Out
• Review closeout documents and confirm the project is designed as requested by RF.
• Activate in all Tools as needed especially in Atoll.
Must Haves:
Atoll experience
Familiar with reviewing close out packages, completing CQs, updating RFDS
3-5 years industry experience
