Job Description

IntePros is seeking a detail-oriented and safety-conscious Quality Control Assistant to support our client's laboratory team in preparing and processing samples for testing. The Quality Control Lab Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of lab operations by assisting certified personnel and performing a variety of sample-handling and support tasks. This is a 3rd shift role with hours from 10:30pm-7:00am Sunday through Thursday.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, log, and prepare samples for testing using front-end automation systems.
• Store and retrieve samples in refrigerated or frozen archives.
• Use computerized inventory systems to track and reconcile sample status.
• Dispose of samples in biohazard containers following completion of testing.
• Maintain a clean, safe lab environment and comply with all safety and regulatory standards (HSE, cGMP).
• Operate and troubleshoot lab equipment under supervision.
• Assist with inventory monitoring and notify supervisors of supply needs.
• Participate in ongoing training and education.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer proficiency

Preferred:

• Previous experience working in a laboratory setting
