Position Overview The Project Manager - Commercial Doors is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of commercial door projects from inception to completion. This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget while meeting quality standards.
Key Responsibilities - Manage and oversee commercial door projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
- Prepare and present project updates, reports, and documentation to stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address project challenges.
Qualifications - Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, specifically with commercial doors.
- Strong understanding of Division 8 specifications and requirements.
- Experience with Comsense or similar project management software.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with various stakeholders.
