To ensure safe, timely, and professional waste and recycling collection services by operating commercial vehicles with precision and accountability. This role supports the operational backbone of the company's mission to protect environmental health and serve communities with integrity and reliability.
PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES Route Completion with Precision: Complete daily commercial and residential collection routes safely and efficiently, averaging 300–500 pickups per shift.
Vehicle Safety & Inspection: Perform accurate daily pre- and post-trip inspections in line with DOT standards; report and respond to mechanical concerns proactively.
Technology-Enabled Operation: Utilize onboard computer systems and routing software to maintain service accuracy and real-time updates.
Client Service Standards: Represent the company professionally during customer interactions, ensuring all service issues are resolved or escalated within one shift.
Compliance Execution: Adhere to all safety protocols, municipal regulations, and environmental guidelines, achieving zero preventable incidents over a 90-day window.
Route Adaptability: Navigate route changes and last-minute adjustments with minimal disruption to service or team operations.

Must have served in the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Space Force, U.S. Reserves, or U.S. National Guard. 5+ years of experience in operations, production, or logistics leadership.
Valid CDL (Class A or B) — If not current, company-sponsored CDL training is provided
Clean driving record and ability to pass DOT medical screening
Strong mechanical understanding or willingness to learn vehicle care protocols
Comfortable operating under early morning or off-shift conditions
