LaSalle Network is partnering with a leading manufacturing organization in Fairfield, California, to bring on a Plant Finance Manager ready to take the reins of financial operations. Plant Finance Manager Responsibilities:

• Partner with plant leadership to support key initiatives in safety, quality, and productivity

• Deliver in-depth financial reports (daily to annual) with meaningful commentary and forecasting

• Develop models that turn numbers into strategy across plant and supply chain functions

• Identify cost-saving opportunities, track performance trends, and challenge variances

• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning with cross-functional stakeholders

• Manage plant-level financial controls and ensure SAP data integrity

• Drive system improvements in collaboration with IT and operations

• Support external audit processes with accurate and timely data

Plant Finance Manager Requirements:

• 5-7 years of progressive experience in corporate/plant finance (CPG background a plus)

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting

• Proficiency in SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools

• Strategic mindset with the ability to dig deep and present big-picture solutions

• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and process improvement skills

• Adaptability in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment
