Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (bilingual)

Summary: We're seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Breast Care Clinic team. The LPN will work closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, radiology staff, and patient navigators to support women undergoing breast health evaluations, screenings, and treatments. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical skills and a patient-first mindset to a fast-paced, community-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care including preparing patients for breast exams, minor procedures, and post-operative follow-ups.
• Take vital signs, review and document patient history, and update the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Assist providers with breast biopsies, wound care, drain management, and dressing changes.
• Administer medications and injections as directed.
• Provide patient education related to breast health, imaging procedures, self-exams, and aftercare instructions.
• Coordinate appointments, imaging studies (mammograms, ultrasounds, MRIs), and follow-up care.
• Ensure exam rooms and equipment are clean, stocked, and ready for use.
• Serve as a supportive and empathetic presence for patients navigating diagnosis or treatment.

Qualifications:

• Current New York State LPN license required.
• 1+ year of clinical nursing experience preferred; experience in women’s health, oncology, or outpatient settings a plus.
• Familiarity with EMR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner).
• BLS certification required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish *required*

Location: Onsite, Bronx NY

Shift: 9-5 M-F

Pay: $32.62 ($60,000)
