Title: Lead UX Designer - ServiceNow
Location: Hybrid in Minneapolis, MN 4 days/week
Duration: 6 month contract with potential extension
We are hiring a UX designer to make sure that our ServiceNow solutions are designed with user-centered principles. This role will advocate for UX best practices throughout the entire product lifecycle—from ideation to deployment—collaborating closely with product engineering and business stakeholders to deliver intuitive, accessible, and engaging experiences on the ServiceNow platform.
Responsibilities include ensuring clear and concise requirements are captured, participating in testing efforts, driving issue resolution, supporting the implementation and validation process, and developing comprehensive procedural documentation and user manuals.

The W2 pay range for this type of role is approximately $50.00 - $65.00 per billable hour. This range is an estimate and not a guarantee of compensation.
