Job Title: Journeyman Electrician

Compensation: $32-$38/hour

Colorado licensed journeyman needed for electrical maintenance, service, and installation in existing commercial, industrial, and retail environments. Looking for a motivated hard-working person to service lighting and electrical systems. 

 

The normal workday starts at 7:00 am with 40+ hours some nights and weekends required.

 
Requirements:  

• MUST HAVE A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD. 
• Strong mechanical ability and common sense are a must. 
• Be able to work independently. 
• High standards for workmanship, work quality, and attention to detail. 
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, and drug screen Initiative, positive attitude. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
• The ability to read and understand commercial building blueprints. 
• Knowledge of commercial wiring methods. 
• Ability to work with general contractors and other trades on the job. 
• Advanced knowledge in the installation of EMT conduit and MC cable. 
• Advanced knowledge in the installation of large commercial electrical services. 
• Ability to manage schedules and meet deadlines. 
• Be able to work with heights, lift, and bucket work required. 
• Friendly and customer service minded. 
• Hand tools required.
• Work outdoors. 

Working Environment:  

The usual and customary methods of performing the job’s junctions may require the following physical attributes: lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling; climbing and balancing; stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling. Generally, the job requires 55% sitting, 20% walking, 25% standing. The job is performed at various job sites with outdoor temperature variations with commercial and industrial hazards.

CLI-SERVICES was founded in 1977 and has steadily grown over the past 40 years. We have on staff certified lighting consultants, journeyman electricians, master electricians, and certified lighting technicians. Our employees drive fully stocked service vehicles. In addition to our service vehicles, we have fully stocked bucket trucks with the capability of reaching up to 100 ft. working height. We also have 24-hour on-call service as well as tablets with cellular connection.
