Job Description

ABOUT THE COMPANY:

Join ADDENDUM, a global software development and IT team augmentation firm focusing on fintech, banking, and telco industries. Experience tailored benefits, diverse projects with various tech stacks, and opportunities for growth, freedom, and responsibility you desire.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We're looking for a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our remote-first team. This is a hands-on recruiting role focused on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top tech talent across the U.S., LATAM, and APAC regions. If you're based in the United States and enjoy working in fast-paced, global environments this role is for you.

You'll be responsible for managing day-to-day recruitment tasks for a variety of technical roles, such as developers, QA engineers, DevOps professionals, and more. You'll also provide light HR support by helping with onboarding, answering basic employee questions, and ensuring smooth communication across distributed teams.

This is not a leadership or managerial position - it's an individual contributor role for someone who loves rolling up their sleeves and getting results.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Handle the full-cycle recruitment process for IT and technical roles across global markets (U.S., LATAM, APAC).
  • Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other creative sourcing strategies.
  • Conduct pre-screens and interviews to assess technical fit and communication skills.
  • Prepare and submit anonymized candidate summaries for review by hiring teams or clients.
  • Coordinate onboarding for new hires and assist with documentation, scheduling, and initial HR communications.
  • Respond to basic HR inquiries , such as policy clarifications or onboarding check-ins.
  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines in the ATS and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Stay informed about market trends in tech hiring, particularly in remote/outsourcing environments.
  • Collaborate with recruiters, coordinators, and HR teammates across different time zones to ensure smooth hiring processes.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

  • Located in the United States (required).
  • Native-level English fluency , both written and spoken.
  • 2+ years of experience in technical recruitment.
  • Strong experience sourcing and interviewing candidates for remote tech roles (e.g., engineers, testers, DevOps).
  • Experience with LATAM and/or APAC hiring is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with remote hiring workflows and distributed team dynamics.
  • Comfort using ATS systems and maintaining accurate candidate records.
  • Basic understanding of U.S. labor laws and interest in learning about LATAM/APAC employment norms.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Professional, friendly communication style and a people-first mindset .

BONUS IF YOU HAVE:

  • Experience working in an IT outsourcing or outstaffing environment .

WHAT WE OFFER:

Keep in mind, it is a B2B contract , so please indicate your monthly rate in the application form.

At Addendum we believe in personalized benefits packages that cater to your unique passions. Tell us what drives you, and we'll craft a package accordingly. On top of that, here’s what’s in store automatically:
