What You'll Do as a Firearms Assistant Manager

As our Firearms Assistant Manager, you'll assist in smooth daily operations and exceptional service. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in managing daily operations and ensuring compliance with firearms regulations.
• Providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries with professionalism.
• Maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring proper handling of firearms and related products.
• Supporting the manager in implementing sales strategies and operational improvements.
• Upholding safety protocols and fostering a secure environment for both employees and customers.

What We're Looking For

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• 1-2 years of experience in sales or Firearms position, preferably in a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• A self-driven and motivated attitude with a commitment to excellence.
• Trustworthiness and the ability to handle sensitive information with care.
• Knowledge of firearms and related regulations is highly preferred.
