As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, leading the culinary direction, and support the broader hospitality standards upheld by the front and back-of-house leadership. We’re looking for a thoughtful, experienced Executive Chef to take ownership of the culinary program at this property, shape a refined food program, and collaborate on the next phase of this property’s growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the back-of-house team with a hands on-, proactive approach.
  • Train kitchen staff and uphold high standards in culinary execution, conduct, and professionalism.
  • Provide menu context and culinary input to support wine pairings and bar offerings, when requested.
  • Build rotating, seasonal prix-fixe menus using local and regional ingredients.
  • Set revenue goals and implement strategies to meet them through thoughtful menu design and execution.
  • Design menus with profitability and quantity in mind.
  • Maintain audit-ready standards at all times.
  • Work in partnership with the ownership and FOH managers to execute cohesive guest-facing programming.

Qualifications:

  • Fine-dining culinary background, with Michelin-caliber experience required.
  • Strong understanding of food costs, labor models, and operational efficiency.
  • Ability to manage a small, cross-trained BOH team and maintain food cost discipline.
  • A clear communicator and mentor who builds systems and develops people.
  • Calm under pressure and collaborative in approach.
