Job Description

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an E-Commerce Specialist located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. As an E-Commerce Specialist at Sneaker Politics, you will be a key part of our e-commerce team, maintaining the daily operations that keep our digital storefront running. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented, organized, and passionate about delivering a seamless online shopping experience.

The E-Commerce Specialist will also collaborate closely with the Marketing team to support company wide goals. Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain the website, app, and supporting e-commerce systems, ensuring content and tools run smoothly and the storefront functions properly.
  • Prepare and publish new products with accurate item details, descriptions, and release information.
  • Refresh and update content and merchandising across the website and app to reflect current releases, campaigns, and promotions.
  • Test and QA website updates before launch to ensure optimal user experience and functionality.
  • Execute product launches, including management of digital assets, product setup, and merchandising strategy.
  • Write and publish editorials and release blogs that highlight product stories and upcoming drops.
  • Routinely audit site content to ensure accuracy across product pages, collections, and landing experiences.
  • Handle customer service emails, addressing product inquiries, order questions, and release concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain and update the release date product spreadsheet to ensure accuracy and alignment across teams.
  • Monitor website and sales data to identify trends and opportunities, and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.

This job description may not be inclusive of all assigned duties, responsibilities, or aspects of the job described and maybe amended at any time at the sole discretion of the employer.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1-2 years relevant experience in the E-Commerce field.
  • Familiarity with Shopify, or other related e-commerce marketing platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Strong copywriting skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications is a plus.
  • Knowledge in the fashion or sneaker industry is a plus but not required.
