Bethesda Church is an evangelical conservative congregation that is looking to take the next step in being intentional to make disciples in fulfilling the Great Commission (Matt 28:16-20). Bethesda Church offers a diverse range of ministries for all age groups. The Discipleship Pastor will focus on empowering leaders within these ministries by providing resources, recruitment support, training, and pastoral care. The aim is to develop strong leaders who can effectively guide and nurture their ministries, fostering the spiritual growth of our church community.
The role of the Discipleship Pastor will be to lead Bethesda Church’s ministry programs which exist to grow believers into godly disciples for the glory of God.
Additionally, this role functions as a “number 2” position, working closely with the Senior Pastor to creatively devise new strategies for cultivating healthier disciples at Bethesda Church.
