Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Data and Analytics Manager to join their team! This position is located in Lake Mary, Florida.

Duties:

• Drive strategic initiatives that support team and organizational goals
• Provide accurate and actionable data to leadership to enable informed decision-making
• Develop and maintain comprehensive metrics packages tailored to business needs
• Design, implement, and manage KPI and performance reports for senior leadership and departmental stakeholders, including monthly, ad-hoc, and stand-up reporting
• Build interactive dashboards and deliver compelling data presentations that clearly communicate insights and trends to senior leadership

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field
• Proven experience in data analysis and reporting with a strong focus on accuracy and insights
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling stories that drive decision-making
• Skilled in presenting data-driven insights to senior leadership, including Director and VP levels
• Hands-on experience with SQL for data extraction and analysis
• Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Qlik, with the ability to design intuitive and impactful dashboards

The approximate pay range for this position is between $28.00 and $40.00 . Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
