Job Description

Counselor III (LSW/LPC/LISW/LPCC) Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in social work or master's degree in counseling, or marriage and family therapy required.
• Valid State of Ohio LCDC II, LCDC III, LPC, LSW, LISW, LPCC with two (2) years of paid full-time experience in the field of chemical dependency, mental health or adolescent treatment, or equivalent required.

• Salary range for LISW/LPCC = $62,000-$70,000/year

The Counselor must complete day-to-day service documentation as required and maintain effective communication while engaging clients in services.
