Job Description

TREO Construction is seeking a self-directed Construction Superintendent. The ideal candidate will have a passion for construction and devote themselves to our projects and their timely execution. The Construction Superintendent will spearhead on-site activities, coordinating and supervising construction operations. The job includes hands-on, technical, and project-related administrative duties.

This is a great opportunity for a professional looking to work on custom luxury residential construction projects in prime locations in Miami Beach, Golden Beach, North Miami Beach, Bal Harbour, Bay Harbor Islands, Hollywood and surrounds.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all aspects of high-end residential construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Managing and motivating teams to meet project milestones and deliver exceptional outcomes.
• Ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols for a secure work environment.
• Collaborating closely with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to maintain smooth operations.
• Monitoring project progress and proactively addressing any challenges that arise.
• Implementing rigorous quality control measures to uphold project standards.
• Maintaining meticulous project documentation and providing regular reports to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in high end residential construction.
• Proven track record of successfully completing at least 5 major residential projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive teams to excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be bi-lingual (Spanish & English)
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
