We're seeking a General Construction Superintendent to oversee luxury home construction projects from start to finish — someone who can lead teams, communicate with clients, and deliver results with precision, professionalism, and pride.

Responsibilities:

• Lead field operations for custom residential construction projects.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and production while ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Manage 1–6 projects at a time, ranging from $5K–$40K remodels to $3M–$10M luxury builds.
• Supervise and mentor field crews (2–10 team members), subcontractors, and vendors.
• Maintain strong client relationships — communication, presentation, and professionalism are key.
• Provide pricing support, assist with bids, and ensure material and labor efficiency.
• Solve jobsite challenges with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
• Uphold exceptional craftsmanship standards and ensure safety and compliance across all job sites.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience as a Superintendent, Project Manager, or Lead Foreman in residential construction.
• Experience in custom homes, remodels, additions, or luxury residential builds.
• Strong communicator and presenter, capable of representing the company to high-end clients and long-term partners.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects while staying organized and detail-focused.
• Team player with strong leadership, people skills, and a client-first mindset.
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in real time on active job sites.

Territory & Schedule

Project locations include La Jolla, Rancho Santa Fe, San Diego & South County.

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
