About the Role:
A leading Republican political consulting firm is seeking a Client Strategy Manager to oversee digital and fundraising campaigns across a portfolio of political clients. This role blends creative, analytical, and client-facing responsibilities in a fast-paced, campaign-style environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead digital strategy and fundraising execution for multiple campaigns
• Draft emails, ad copy, calendars, and digital marketing content
• Present reporting and strategic updates to clients on a regular basis
• Coordinate technical projects such as website updates and landing pages
• Manage digital advertising and fundraising budgets
• Supervise junior staff and support overall team leadership
• Communicate with clients to ensure timely project delivery
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in politics, digital strategy, or communications
• Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
• Bachelor’s degree and team leadership experience strongly preferred
• Comfortable in high-pressure, campaign-style environments
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and digital collaboration tools
• Quick learner with collaborative, leadership-minded instincts
