Location: Henderson, NV

Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 5:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Compensation: $60,000/year (Salaried)

Position Type: Temp-to-Hire (3 months) or Direct Hire

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and energetic Production Supervisor to oversee a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of production leadership experience, strong skills in training and motivating employees, and the ability to drive results while maintaining safety and quality standards. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead production teams on the 4x10 shift (Monday–Thursday, 5 AM–4 PM).
• Provide hands-on training, coaching, and development for production staff.
• Monitor daily operations, ensuring work orders are processed accurately and on time.
• Utilize ERP/computer systems for scheduling, tracking, and processing production work orders.
• Enforce company standards for safety, quality, and productivity.
• Collaborate with management and other departments to achieve production goals.
• Maintain flexibility to work additional hours when needed to support production demands.
• Coordinate and manage the assembly line operations, ensuring timely completion of production goals.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Monitor equipment performance and conduct routine maintenance checks to minimize downtime.
• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency within the manufacturing facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a production supervisor role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to train and develop team members.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Proficiency in ERP or computer systems for managing work orders.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Flexible and dependable, with a strong sense of accountability
