Your Role:

We currently have both Steel and Aluminum projects.

As a Welder/Fabricator at Burger Boat Company, you'll be at the heart of our production process, bringing your expertise to life in both our state-of-the-art shops and onboard our boats. Your role will involve:

• Mastering MIG Welding: Use MIG machines to perform certified welding in all positions, ensuring every weld is executed with precision.
• Transforming Designs into Reality: Work from detailed drawings, welding prints, or direct management instructions to bring complex components to form.
• Precision Fitment: Fit, position, align, and assemble plates, structural shapes, and weldments, preparing them for integration into the hull or superstructure of the vessel.
• Commitment to Quality: Handle all components with care—clean, prepare, and weld them to meet our rigorous standards and ensure each part is ready for assembly.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience & Skill: You’ve got at least a year of experience in welding, with a background in MIG welding and the ability to tackle any challenge.
• Blueprint Expertise: You’re comfortable reading and interpreting technical drawings and welding prints, turning them into flawless results.
• Team Player: Whether working solo or collaborating with others, you’re committed to achieving the best outcomes and ensuring top-notch quality in every weld.
• Detail-Oriented: Your eye for detail ensures every weld and assembly meets our high standards of craftsmanship.
