About the Role

Lenkersdorfer Jewelers is seeking an enthusiastic, polished, and highly professional Welcome Specialist / Greeter to be the first point of contact for our discerning clientele visiting our dedicated luxury timepiece showroom. This pivotal role is all about creating an unparalleled luxury experience from the moment a client arrives, ensuring a warm, welcoming, and efficient entry into the world of exquisite watches at Lenkersdorfer. We're looking for an individual with an innate understanding of luxury service, impeccable presentation, and a genuine passion for providing exceptional client care.

Responsibilities

  • First Impression & Welcome: Warmly greet all clients entering the luxury timepiece showroom with a genuine smile and welcoming demeanor, making them feel immediately valued and comfortable.
  • Client Flow Management: Efficiently manage client flow, clearly communicating wait times, and courteously informing clients about the process for viewing timepieces or meeting with a sales associate.
  • Needs Assessment: Discreetly and politely inquire about the client's visit purpose (e.g., Browse, specific model inquiry, service, appointment) to facilitate a smooth handover to the appropriate sales professional.
  • Showroom Presentation: Ensure the entrance and waiting areas of the luxury timepiece showroom remain immaculate, organized, and perfectly reflect the prestigious nature of our offerings.
  • Support & Coordination: Liaise effectively with sales associates and management to ensure seamless client transitions and an optimized showroom experience.
  • Appointment Management: Assist with checking in clients for appointments and managing walk-ins efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a high-end luxury retail, hospitality, or customer service role is highly preferred. Experience with luxury brands, especially watches, is a significant plus.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently and courteously with a diverse clientele.
  • Impeccable personal presentation and grooming, reflecting the luxury aesthetic of Lenkersdorfer Jewelers and our distinguished brands.
  • A strong sense of discretion and professionalism.
  • Proactive, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced luxury environment.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
