Location: Miami, FL (Onsite – 5 days/week)

Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Interim Warehouse Operations Manager to provide in-person support and hands-on coaching to our warehouse team. This role is focused on optimizing warehouse operations, improving day-to-day performance, and enhancing team accountability. With the company recently moving to a larger warehouse, this role is essential to bring immediate structure, improve flow, and implement process discipline in a growing environment.

The ideal candidate brings strong operational leadership experience and thrives in fast-moving, warehouse-based environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct operational audits and identify inefficiencies in daily workflows
  • Provide hands-on coaching to warehouse team members and supervisors
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance throughput and reduce errors
  • Monitor key operational metrics (e.g., pick/pack accuracy, fulfillment speed)
  • Collaborate with leadership to enforce SOPs and performance expectations
  • Support training and upskilling of warehouse staff to promote operational excellence

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain roles
  • Proven track record of coaching warehouse teams and improving floor-level performance
  • Strong understanding of process improvement and operational KPIs
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills; comfortable leading from the front
  • Comfortable in a hands-on, physically present role with daily warehouse interaction
  • Miami-based or available for full-time onsite engagement
  • Experience optimizing operations during warehouse expansions or transitions
  • Ability to implement scalable SOPs and improve cross-team coordination in a warehouse setting
