Job Title: UKG Reporting & Data Integration Specialist

Location: Seattle, WA (Onsite/Remote)

Position Overview:

Weyerhaeuser is seeking a skilled UKG Reporting & Data Integration Specialist with proven experience building custom reports, and dashboards directly within the UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) platform. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reporting solutions that meet business requirements, support decision-making, and ensure compliance with internal and external data needs.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in UKG Pro or UKG Dimensions reporting tools , understands HR/Payroll data structures, and can collaborate closely with business stakeholders to deliver accurate and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain custom reports and analytics in UKG Pro/Dimensions using Cognos, BI tools, and native UKG reporting modules.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing reports and data workflows.
• Provide end-user training and documentation for reporting processes.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience building custom reports and packages in UKG Pro or UKG Dimensions .
• Proficiency with UKG Cognos Analytics , BI reporting, and data integration tools within the UKG ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of HRIS and payroll data models.
• Experience with data mapping, ETL processes, and API integrations in UKG.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SQL for data querying and transformation.
• Knowledge of Workforce Management and Timekeeping modules in UKG.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or large enterprise environments .
