About the Position:

This position will report to the Executive Director of HR and will be a key member in developing a high-performance workforce. Primary responsibilities involve the fulfillment of mission-critical positions in IT Infrastructure , Software Engineering , and Cybersecurity . This role will also collaborate closely with various HR and Department Leaders to develop recruitment strategies aligned with company goals. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Technical Recruiter with Corporate Recruitment experience to build a long-term career with a growing business.

  • Location: Reston, VA, 100% on-site.
  • Travel: Some domestic travel will be required,
  • Compensation: $115K – $125K

Duties:

  • Collaborate with the Executive Director of HR and various department leaders to develop recruitment strategies for various technical positions across the company.
  • Execute full-cycle recruitment to fulfill technical positions in IT Infrastructure, Software Engineering, and Cybersecurity.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide insight on market conditions and best practices.
  • Create professionally written job descriptions and post various job ads based on recruitment needs.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels (Internal HRIS system, job boards, networking events, social media, referrals, and others).
  • Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to enter, update, and maintain accurate candidate records.
  • Coordinate and conduct phone screens and preliminary interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Oversee the assignment and response management of technical assessments to all applicable candidates/positions.
  • Prepare job offers in collaboration with HR and department leaders.
  • Manage vacancy requisitions and analyze and prepare reports for each vacancy.
  • Assist with onboarding efforts and additional administrative or HR duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 3 – 5 years of Technical Recruitment experience within IT Infrastructure , Software Engineering , and Cybersecurity .
  • Experience with Application Tracking Systems (ATS) and Recruitment CRM software .
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Preferred: Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or similar certification.
