What You Will Be Doing

• Structuring ongoing reporting and tracking of product data into meaningful dashboards, reports and other tools
• Data would include system performance and health, end user support activity, adoption, platform client engagement, and measures of investment efficiency
• Create, review, and publish documentation for developers and clients of our platform capabilities and products
• Function as on-call for production rollouts and deployments
• Rotation and cross training to manage release night activity
• Create and manage a backlog of product enhancements for a particular area of the platform aligned to increasing operational efficiency, reporting and data.
• Partner with technology teams to deliver enhancements identified within backlog.
• Work with delivery organization to ensure platform client success
