Position: Technical Business Systems Consultant 4
Location: Charlotte, North Carolina/ Minneapolis, MN
Duration: Contract

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Technical Business Systems Consultant 4 to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role involves managing the full User Acceptance Testing (UAT) lifecycle, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring that business objectives are met. The position requires expertise in UAT, QA, or software testing, particularly within financial services or enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, as well as proficiency in tools like JIRA, Octane, and SQL.

Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the full UAT lifecycle, including planning, execution, defect tracking, and final approval.
• Lead test strategy development, test case creation, and regression suite design aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and developers to ensure acceptance criteria is achieved.
• Document and communicate test results, traceability matrices, and defect logs using JIRA and Octane.
• Participate in review sessions with business users and technology teams to validate functionality and gather feedback.
  

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in UAT, QA, or software testing in financial services or enterprise systems.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Octane, and SQL.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as Oracle OBPM, FCUBS, and OBLM is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Pay Range: $52 - $67

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
