System Engineer/Solutions Architect– CoPilot, SharePoint, O365)
Overview:
Magenium Solutions is looking for a forward-thinking System Engineer/Solutions Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft cloud technologies. You'll play a key role in designing, deploying, and managing enterprise-scale solutions across Microsoft 365, Azure, Teams, and Copilot—driving innovation and transformation for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and manage secure, scalable Microsoft 365 environments.
- Lead enterprise migrations (5,000+ users) across SharePoint, Teams, and O365.
- Administer and optimize Active Directory, including identity and access management.
- Deploy and configure Exchange environments, both on-prem and hybrid.
- Provide subject matter expertise in Microsoft Copilot, Teams governance, and device management.
- Support identity solutions including BES, MIIS, Forefront Identity Manager, and Arcot.
- Ensure compliance and security best practices across all deployments.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with large-scale Microsoft 365 and Teams migrations.
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and its integration into enterprise workflows.
- Strong skills in Active Directory, Exchange, and Teams administration.
- Hands-on experience with identity management tools and frameworks.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong organizational mindset with a focus on compliance and operational excellence.
