Your new role

As a Superintendent, you will oversee all on-site aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will manage subcontractors, coordinate schedules, and maintain safety protocols, while also liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure their satisfaction. The projects you'll be on will be within the Mission-Critical/Federal sector based in Virginia. You must be comfortable with large-scale, complex work.

What you’ll need to succeed

• 5+ years experience as a Construction Superintendent
• 1+ years experience working Data Center projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• OSHA30 & First Aid/CPR
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, means, and methods
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Commitment to safety and quality standards
