Sr. Estimator/PM – Custom Residential & Luxury Commercial
Location: Naples, FL
Privately-owned GC in SW FL helmed by a dynamic, mid-careered leader and long-time recipient of numerous prestigious awards for the "Best of the Best" in product and design is looking for an Sr . Estimator/Project Manager.
This role will focus primarily on ground-up and renovations of custom homes and luxury condos. The ideal candidate will also bring high-end commercial experience, adding versatility and strategic value to the team.
Seeking independent, self-starter, proactive in anticipating issues, deriving solutions, and driving the project. Must have strong estimating/project buyout knowledge, proficient in Procore and local/FL experience.

Salary + bonus = $130-165K ( based on experience ) + lucrative BONUS
