What You’ll Do

• Source top talent across financial services, operations, and corporate support functions using job boards, LinkedIn, and creative research strategies.
• Partner closely with recruiters to identify the best candidates for active searches.
• Review resumes, profiles, and qualifications to match candidates to client needs.
• Keep our talent database organized and up-to-date to help drive speed and precision across the team.
• Stay plugged into industry trends and continuously refine your sourcing strategy.
