Primary Responsibilities

• Social Media content creation for films and series
• Digital ads for films and series
• Assist Senior Designers and Account Execs with a long list of tasks like prepping and QCing files for final delivery
• You will learn all about the FYC world with regular tasks related to Emmy or Oscar campaigning
• Learn and follow client protocols for file management, font use and data security

Hard Skills

• Adobe Creative Cloud Skills (Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects, InDesign, Illustrator, Lightroom)
• Technical understanding of the specs and trafficking of digital advertising assets
• Mac OS, Google Workspace and Microsoft Office software knowledge 

Soft Skills

• Need to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet unpredictable deadlines – flexibility and adaptability are ESSENTIAL
• Strong work ethic with competitive internal fire but team player
• Dedicated to quality and take pride and responsibility in your work

Compensation

This is a unique position as it includes housing behind the main office building so it is an on-site role

• $16.50 - $19.50 per hour salary plus
• Approximately 25K annual value for the apartment
• Approximately 25K allocation to insurance products – medical, dental, vision, disability, life – you will be paid the difference between the allocation and your total premiums.
• Bonuses happen annually based on company and individual performance
• 3% 401k Retirement Plan Match
• Paid Time Off

Candidates

Initial interview to be conducted via Google Video. All final interviewees will be in person and include a DISC test for personality assessment and a Wonderlic style test for critical thinking skills working against a clock. This is a full-time position on-site in our Burbank, CA office.
