Job Title: Site Manager
Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Compensation: $95,000–$150,000 (DOE)
About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee mechanical equipment installations for major metals industry projects. This role leads on-site operations from planning to completion, ensuring work is delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
● Lead and coordinate installation activities for mechanical equipment.
● Manage schedules, resources, logistics, and on-site personnel.
● Serve as the primary contact for customers and contractors.
● Monitor and enforce health & safety compliance.
● Track expenses, maintain documentation, and report progress.
● Resolve issues quickly to keep projects on track.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred). ● Proven site management or foreman experience in the metals industry. ● Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
● Familiarity with mechanical/electrical systems and technical drawings. ● Willing to travel and work extended assignments on-site.
Preferred: PMP, OSHA, Six Sigma, CWI, CMRP, CCM, NEBOSH certifications; CAD proficiency.
