About the Role

We’re seeking a proactive and skilled Regional Shop Manager to lead a small but dynamic specialty distribution and service center. This location combines light product assembly, repair services, and customer support under one roof.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with experience in operations, logistics, and facility oversight. In this role, you’ll drive efficiency, mentor a small team, and ensure exceptional service for customers while managing day-to-day operations. What You’ll Do

• Lead daily operations, including scheduling, shop workflow, and customer service.
• Oversee light assembly and repair processes, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Manage inventory levels, procurement needs, and cost controls.
• Recruit, train, and mentor team members to build a high-performing team.
• Handle budgeting, cash-handling procedures, and reporting.
• Act as the local liaison for property management, safety compliance, and facility maintenance.

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of experience in a hands-on operational role within a distribution, service, or technical environment.
• Proven leadership experience managing a small team or facility.
• Technical aptitude with mechanical assembly or repair processes (industrial knowledge a plus).
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.
