Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Engineer to support aerospace manufacturing and assembly operations with a strong focus on quality documentation, Root Cause & Corrective Action (RCCA), First Article Inspections (FAIRs), and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs). This role ensures compliance with industry standards and customer requirements throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and document RCCA activities to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence.
• Prepare and review First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) per AS9102 standards.
• Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), ensuring timely disposition and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate and organized quality records and documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers to ensure product quality and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience with aerospace quality standards (e.g., AS9100, AS9102).
• Strong knowledge of RCCA methodologies and quality documentation practices.
• Familiarity with FAIRs, NCRs, and quality management systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
