Job Title: IT Project Manager

Location: Chicago, IL

Employment type: Long term Contract

Responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of a contact center operation, including managing the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the contact center software, systems, and infrastructure.

Experience:

• Proven experience (10+ years) in managing contact centers, ideally in an IT or technology-driven environment.
• Strong experience in IT project management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Expertise in the use of contact center technologies, including CRM systems, IVR, ACD systems, and call routing software.

Skills:

• Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and KPIs to drive decisions and improvements.
• Proficient in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure and troubleshooting.
