Sr. Financial Analyst – Corporate FP&A ($90,000 – $115,000)

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for a growing company in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. This role will support the corporate finance team with budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial analysis to help guide strategic decisions and drive business performance.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics and several years of relevant experience in financial analysis or accounting. Strong Excel and presentation skills are important, and familiarity with financial planning tools or business intelligence platforms

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes and support analysis of consolidated financials.
• Track and report expenses, capital projects, and performance against forecast.
• Assist with executive presentations and provide scenario modeling, financial insights, and ad-hoc analysis.
• Partner with different departments and global affiliates to monitor results and support decision-making.
• Maintain financial models and support continuous process improvements.

Client Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in finance or accounting.
• Advanced Excel skills with strong ability to build and maintain financial models.
• Strong communication skills with ability to present complex data clearly.
• Experience with financial planning systems or reporting tools a plus.
