RSG Security is seeking a proactive , enthusiastic, and friendly Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is an on-site, full-time position where you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, an effective communicator, and passionate about solving problems in a customer-first environment.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and concerns
• Deliver timely, professional, and solution-oriented service across all communication channels
• Maintain strong customer relationships and uphold satisfaction at every stage
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to resolve issues efficiently
• Identify opportunities to improve service processes and contribute to team success

• Demonstrated experience in a customer service or support role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage challenging situations with patience and professionalism
• Highly organized with close attention to detail
• Comfortable using CRM platforms (experience a plus)
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Experience in a start-up or dynamic work environment is a plus
