School Social Worker – Middle School (Bucks County, PA)

We are currently partnering with a highly regarded district in Bucks County, Pennsylvania , to hire a full-time School Social Worker for the 2025–2026 SY . This role will be based at a middle school campus and requires on-site presence.

Position Details

• Location: Levittown, Bucks County, PA
• Duration: August 25, 2025 – June 17, 2026 (with potential extension)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, school hours
• Grade Levels: Middle School

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate students’ social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
• Provide individual and group counseling services.
• Support students in crisis and address risk factors impacting learning.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to improve student outcomes.
• Connect students and families with community-based resources.
• Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• Valid Pennsylvania LSW or LCSW license (or eligibility through the PA Department of State).
• Prior school-based or adolescent experience preferred.
